Although, we are pretty sure you are going to LOVE our products, especially since you will feel more SAFE and SECURE carrying one of our self defense items, if you are not happy with them, then we don't want you to keep them!
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our self defense items**. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 30 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items**.
If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in the cost of the item(s) (if it is an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply the difference as well.
In the event where a refund is authorized by us (on a case-by-case basis, determined by spiderstunguns), the original costs to ship your order to you will be deducted from your refund**.
(**Our free shipping policy is a service for an original purchase by you, our customer. It is, by all means, not free for us. Any and all returns for refunds will have the original shipping & handeling costs deducted from the amount of any refund due and restock fee of 25%.)
This policy does not apply to exchanges for damaged or defective items.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will replace the item, including all USPS shipping costs to you, right away.

Please return all products 100% complete, including all original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Returned items must be received in a new / unused condition.
Items returned will be inspected by a member of our staff for signs of usage, tampering, exchanged parts, scratches, dirt/debris, alterations or other signs of use.
Item(s) returned which show signs of use or modifications in any way or do not have all original pakaging or accessories, will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
If the blister pack or other packaging has been destroyed, a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied. All returns need to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
To do so, please send an email to us at email@example.com requesting an RMA Number, and let us know your invoice or order number, the item(s) you are returning, the reason for returning them and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will provide you with further instructions to proceed with returning an item(s), including the address to send the item(s) to, in a response email.t in.
We will e-mail the correct address to send your defective product soon after we get notification of your request for an RMA. Shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend you insure your package.

All items come with a 70 DAY Warranty (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer) to be free of defects in workmanship and material beginning from the date of sale to you. See more information regarding warranties below.

- Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. You have 3 calendar days to report any problem.
- Buyers pay for return shipping cost, except defective items.
- 25% restocking fee will apply on all new items that have been returned (except defective).
- Do NOT return the item before contacting us. Any return HAS to include a Return Authorization Number provided by us. After you have reported any problem wait for our answer. As per specified before we use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process for that reason you have to contact us before in order to get the proper documentation and instructions.
- Item must be returned within 3 days after RMA instructions had been provided. After item is received back we will process your refund within 3 working days.
- Please READ the Tittle and Description CAREFULLY. We sell BRAND NEW items. We do not accept returns due to Buyer Mistakes.
- Our prices are changing due the offer and demand in the market. If you think you can find this item at lower price in other site do not buy from us. We do not accept returns based in prices.
Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 70 days.
Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly.
If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning the item back to you or for us to dispose of the item at our location.
Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 70 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 70 days, refunds will not be issued. We can only repair or replace the item plus cost to you. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
